PJ Group is an Investment and Business Development Company registered in the UK. It does businesses in the UK and internationally. It is a private company with a six member Board and a Management team of experienced and qualified people. Its Head Office is in London, United Kingdom. The company has business interests in Africa, Europe, United States of America and Asia.

PJ Group has three subsidiaries, all UK registered businesses. They are:

1. College of Venereal Disease Prevention, London – The College was founded in 1999 in response to the HIV/AIDS pandemic. The College runs courses leading to various awards in HIV/AIDS and STD Prevention. It also runs courses in Sexual Health. It organises seminars, workshops and conferences in this areas. It collaborates with various international and local organizations and, sovereign governments. It is building strategic alliances with many organisations and institutions around the world in the global fight against HIV/AIDS.
2. Trans-Atlantic College, London – The College was founded in 1992 and runs courses in social and management sciences leading to various awards. It has strategic partnerships with many colleges and universities in the UK and internationally. It is also expanding strategic alliances with colleges and institutions around the world.
3. Atlantic Western Consulting International Ltd is a consultancy company with expertise in Technology, Human Capacity Development, International Recruitment, Healthcare, etc. It is working with different private organisations, governments, departments and agencies in developing countries to build capacities in key strategy areas of need for growth and development.
