Its features include Accounting, Payroll, Arrears, Attendance-Leave, Duty hours, overtime Shift, Employee information system, Leave and attendance, Vacancy reporting, Promotion and transfer, Payroll preparation, Processing and preparation of bills for payments, maintaining required registers etc. Integrating the application with a Web-Cam that captures the images of employees as soon as they mark their attendance is a distinctive feature. Budget is designed for Government offices. The Government office sends a proposal to the government every year listing their financial demand. The government allots budget under various heads based on their proposal. The allotted budget is then divided among the various offices under these heads. The Accounts section prepares the expenditure statement of every month indicating their demands on various heads. Zmatrac is designed to manage various tasks in an office. This project helps to track the duties and responsibilities of each employee in an organization. The authorization can also be set for the employees as per the chain of command. As of now, the complete access to each sub modules is given only to the management team. This can be altered according to their requirements. The most significant responsibilities are Entering Project details, Schedule details, Personal Task, Time Sheet etc.

TRACO- An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system provides PJ Group with a complete IT solution to run the education business. The prime aim of this project was to evaluate the existing process and to propose an appropriate business IT solution to achieve PJ Group's day-to-day business goals and objectives. The three child companies of PJ Group are CVDP, TAC and AWCI. The key requirement of the project was to track the activities of both colleges independently.
